What we collect
Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and country.
Your messages and requests: what you write to us through the website forms, by email or on WhatsApp, including the course, dates and information about your practice that you choose to share.
Booking and payment information: which course you booked and whether your deposit and fees have been paid. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider you choose (for example PayPal, Wise or your bank); we do not store them.
Technical information sent automatically by the website form, such as the page you used, the date and time, and your browser type and IP address.
We do not ask for sensitive information. If you tell us about an injury or health condition, we use it only to advise you about your practice and keep it confidential.
How we use it
To answer your questions and send you course information.
To handle your registration, deposit and course participation.
To contact you about a course you booked (for example changes to the schedule).
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
How we answer messages (assistant)
To reply quickly, we use an automated assistant that reads incoming messages to our email address, website forms and WhatsApp number and writes replies about our courses, dates, prices and travel, based on the information on our website. Replies are sent in the name of Sachin and Liubov. Questions about bookings, payments, health and other personal matters are passed to Sachin to answer himself. You can always ask to speak with Sachin directly.
Who processes your information for us
We use these service providers only to run our communication, under their own privacy and security terms:
Google (Gmail and Google Cloud), for our email and to run the assistant.
Meta (WhatsApp), for WhatsApp messages.
Anthropic (Claude), the AI service that helps write replies. Messages are sent to it only to draft a reply.
WordPress / our website host, which receives the website forms.
Some of these providers process data outside India (for example in the United States). We share only what is needed to answer you.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and booking information for as long as needed to answer you and to run your course, and for up to 3 years afterwards for our records, unless the law requires longer. WhatsApp chat history used by the assistant is limited to recent messages.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can tell us to stop using the assistant for your messages. Write to ashtangashalarishikesh@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
